Privacy Policy

Sterling Sabre respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how you can access or correct it. We handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- When you join the Sabre Circle: your name and email address.
- When you order: your name, email, phone number and delivery address, and the details of your design, including any engraving, initials or symbol.
- When you contact us: whatever you choose to tell us.
We don't see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe, which processes them securely under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To make, deliver and support your watch, and to contact you about your order.
- To send Sabre Circle emails about new designs and releases, if you joined. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can reply and ask us to stop.
- To keep records we're required to keep, such as for tax.
We don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we use to run Sterling Sabre, and only what they need:
- Stripe: payments and order details.
- Cloudflare: hosts our website and stores Sabre Circle sign-ups.
- Our delivery provider: your name, address and phone number to deliver your watch.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr: our website loads fonts and code from these services, which receive your device's IP address when the page loads.
Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We use reputable providers that protect personal information.
Cookies and tracking
Our website doesn't currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Our watch builder may remember your design in the page link so you can share it.
Keeping it safe
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing atelier@sterlingsabre.com.
Questions or complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, email atelier@sterlingsabre.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
